Yes X2 means they are dual core, the 512KB is refering to the cache. The first one listed is single core, that is what makes it different. The second one has less cache then the last three. The last three are all basically the same except for the increased clock speed. I would go with any one of the last three, the higher the better, whatever you can afford.
