Someone help me with my lab results. It's driving me crazy!!!?

Okay, at the time of the count I had a bacterial infection and was pregnant. My white blood cell count was high, 15.3 my lymphocytes were low but my absolute lymph was fine. My neurophillis (pardon the spelling) was high. I ended up going into labor early due to the infection. What's bothering me is the low lymphocytes, what can cause low lymphocytes normal absolute and high neurohwhater. Was it due to the infection or could something else be wrong. A few months prior my blood work was fine. Thanks
