Where can I find information about how to make a website like wordpress to post or edit page contents?

I want to make my website so that contents (such as articles, contents of a page, etc) are editable for moderators/administrators, while leaving the structure (links, layout, etc) editable only to the owner of the site. I'm trying to make this site look almost like a wordpress site where a user can post or edit contents, but also have the privilege of adding or removing sub pages of the site, without the need of using another program or uploading contents via FTP. I know that this requires some PHP knowledge but I'm willing to learn from scratch if possible, all I require is the knowledge of being able to do that.
