I'm interested in Aerospace Engineering on the space end of the spectrum. What should I major in?

Stick with aerospace engineering. There is nearly no practicality in majoring in astrophysics for a future aerospace engineer. If you have the extra time/money/brain power I'd suggest other engineering course work (materials engineering, chemical, civil)
