Bad teeth and dating?

I have the same thing with my teeth, I have a space in the front of my teeth and one of teeth have grown in crooked. It bothers me so much but my bf does not want me to get it fixed because he thinks that plastic girls are fake all around( i am not ugly lol) i have been with him for 6 years now and he never says anything about it at all. I think as long as you find someone that respects you for who you are and the way that you look now is all that matters not how money can change you or how much money you have to buy them things.
