How do i keep the Stable boy Smith in line?

Nothing you can do old boy, the undercl are incapable of learning so just carry on with the floggings. My man Cuthbertson was caught the other day with a flagon of the damned stuff and was partially paralysed and totally blind for about 5 hours. However, I did find out that he had watered it down with half a pint of cooking sherry and a quarter of a pint of Methylated spirits, otherwise I fear it might have killed him had he drunk the stuff neat.
