I have tightness in the chest, and after I eat it sometimes fells like my food is at the top of my wind pipe.?

I have been in and out of the doctor’s office with a bad chest cold about 3 months ago. They gave me 2 different antibiotics to finally get rid of it. The antibiotic they gave was lavaquin. I know have some tendonitis in both elbows that I believe was caused by the drug since it does have a huge law suit against them for causing this. After taking the lavaquin I also got really bad acid reflux and took prilosec to get rid of it. Since then I don’t get the bad acid type reflux to much but after I eat the food feel like it in lodged in the top of my throat also get a heavy feeling on my chest with cold and hot sweats what is this a panic attack or sings of an up coming heart attack or some kind of reflux problem don’t want to go to the doc again I am afraid they will think I am a hyper condreract. I am 34 years old and was working out regularly 4-6 times per week with weights.
