Unable to download Playstation update v.3.66?

I cant download the update version 3.66 (which came out today 6/23/11) whenever i try it always fails at 3 or 4%, and sometimes 1%, and four times it hasnt even gone to 1% before it has the error. I tried downloading the update off the Playstation website and tried to get the PS3 to update in terms of USB, but it says the date is corrupted near 72%. Can somebody please help me, im getting real tired of trying again and again.
