eat healthy i have been running distance for a while and i know a lot but if you wanna get fast you have to change your lifestyle no junk food you have to run on your own and put in the mileage it isnt going to come easy but when it does happen your going to love the feeling its all worth it in the end you just gotta be motviated and stay with it
