When i send mail second row Cc. what it stand for and what do i type there thanks im comp illiterate?
CC: stands for "Carbon Copy". There is a 3rd line labeled BCC:, which stands for "Blind Carbon Copy". On the TO: line, you put one or more addresses which are WHO the message is addressed TO. You can use more than one address, with usually a comma separating one address from the next. The CC: line is for addresses who need to be informed of the email but do not take any action as the people on the TO: line are expected to do. You might put your boss on this line for business correspondence so the boss knows what you are doing with a customer. The BCC: line is a hidden line. The people who are on this line receive a copy just like the people on the TO: and CC: lines, but BCC: addresses are hidden from everyone else. Spammers use the BCC: line with their mailing lists so in the spam, no one sees ANY of the other addresses they sent the spam email to. Now you know how spam gets into your inbox when your address is not visible anywhere else in the email.
