Should the Houston Astros and the Chicago Cubs had to play in Milwaukee? Why or why not?

it could've been played in a AAA ballpark because it wouldn't be near a major league stadium and wouldn't draw the large crowds MLB stadiums draw. the astros definately still have a chance at winning the wild card (shut up cubs fans your teams gonna choke again like always) but hurricane ike definately cost them.
